Hold the c and choose 1 from the popup menu to get ç Holdkey pro Type Windowskey plus comma, release the keys and type c result ç Type Windowskey plus comma, release the keys and type C result Ç This also works for several other characters. See the 'accent settings' in the Holdkey program.
